Expect to be challenged, and expect to get a little frustrated along the way.
The exercises you’re about to go through aren’t easy, and they’re not designed to be. They’re designed to encourage you to stop and critically think about the way you see yourself and the way you see the world. And, there’s nothing easy about that.
But who wants easy anyway? Easy’s boring, right? ?
And easy isn’t going to get you to where you want to be:
I truly believe that you have an amazing gift to share with the world, and it’s probably hidden beneath years of built up expectations and limiting beliefs. Let’s dig it out, so you can share it with the world!
Each day you’ll start with a self-awareness exercise. (Or, as I call it, “Your Intention for the Day”).
Then, you’ll track your progress. You’ll do this by rating yourself on certain key measurements that you’ll identify for yourself during the course.
Next, you may (or may not) want to journal some of your thoughts. Each day, I’ll provide some suggested journaling topics to help get you started, just in case journaling’s not really your thing. (Psst . . . it’s not really my thing either, but I know that it’s an invaluable exercise to go through.)
And, last but not least, you’ll have the privilege of enjoying a video featuring yours truly ?. I went through the entire course myself, and, in these videos, I share my experience for two reasons: (1) I want you to know that I wouldn’t ask you to do anything I wouldn’t do; something that I don’t believe in, and (2) maybe there will be something in my experience that you can relate to; that will remind you that you’re not alone.
The course materials are organized by week, and the page for each week can be accessed from the course outline.
Within each week’s page, tabs are used to organize the content by day. There are also separate tabs to access the progress tracker (Week 1) and the worksheet for that week.
I know you’re busy, and maybe squeezing this course into your day seems overwhelming right now. I designed the course with this in mind, and I intended for each day to take about 20 minutes. But . . . I know that some days are going to take longer.
No problem! Don’t get caught up in the amount of time it takes. The course is outlined in days and weeks, but this is your course to use in whatever way works best for you. Just be sure you don’t give up, and don’t create too many excuses to procrastinate ?.
Like I said, this isn’t going to be easy, but you’re not doing it alone. I’m here for whatever questions you have:
Now, let’s get into it!
