How to Motivate Yourself to
Create Your Own Reality
Create your own reality — sounds great, doesn’t it? But it also sounds like nonsense. There are so many forces outside of your control. How could you ever expect to create your own reality?
Yet, neuroscience is proving that it’s possible. Science is proving, with cold hard facts, what wise men and women have been trying to tell us for centuries — that we can, and do, create our own reality.
Here’s the kicker though. In order to create your own reality, you have to let go of control. You have to become conscious in the present moment. And that seems paradoxical, right? Not to mention nearly impossible. Or is it?
I don’t have an answer for that yet, but I’m learning and growing every day. So today, I wanted to share a few videos with you that have really motivated me to work toward creating my own reality.
This is your “how to”, or at least your first step. You will motivate yourself to create your own reality by watching a few videos from:
- Dr. Joe Dispenza, a neuroscientist and meditation expert,
- Alan Watts, a writer and speaker known for interpreting Buddhism, Taoism, and Hinduism for a Western audience, and
- Eckhart Tolle, a spiritual teacher.
I have learned so much and have been so inspired by these amazing beings and their powerful words. And that’s why I’m encouraging you to invest some of your time to listen to their words yourself. You will not regret it.
