3 Signs You're Making the Right Decision
It’s basically impossible to know if we’re making the right decisions in life.
First of all, what is “right” exactly? The answer will be different for every person and every situation.
Second, in any situation, there are way too many variables outside of our control for us to accurately predict the results of our decisions.
Third, is making the “right” decision a goal that we really want to strive for? We’ll waste a lot of time and energy if we’re constantly focused on making sure we don’t make any mistakes.
Still, if you pay attention, your body will give you signs to help steer your direction.
- You will feel energized when you think about taking the opportunity you have been presented with. You will feel excited and hopeful.
- You will also feel scared and anxious. Whatever opportunity you are considering will undoubtedly involve a change in your life. We are all afraid of change to some extent. But, you will be more afraid of the regret you will face if you chose not to take the opportunity.
- You won’t see the opportunity as a struggle. You’re bound to face some challenges, but, overall, the decision and its consequences will seem to come naturally. You won’t feel like you are forcing yourself to take the actions necessary to seize the opportunity. It will feel as if you are following a road that has already been paved for you, no matter how windy and full of potholes it may be.
Bottom line — there are no right or wrong decisions as long as you maintain a mindset of growth. If you choose to search for the lesson in every situation, every decision you make will lead you closer to realizing your full potential.
